Let's Take A Dip

We finally took the time to set up Aila's first little pool. She seemed to be having a great time but did not really want to sit down. I think the water was a bit too cold. She is waiting for the hot tub along with the rest of us.

Joe and Lotus bought the fairy swimsuit for Aila. Too cute!

Here she was busy talking about the kitty cat.

This one reminds me of a similar picture of me in my swimming pool a LONG TIME AGO.

Sorry for so many videos but I am having technical difficulties deleting.

SPRING FAIRE / EARTH DAY

It has been a week since the Spring Faire and what fun it was to have seen so many friends attend the event. The beautiful handmade items were a hit at the school's silent auction. Much ALOHA to Mom and June!

To our surprise, Elijah volunteered to lead the violin group!

Aila, enjoyed Tom and his chicks. This man travels all over the area with his silkies in his backpack.

Elijah taking a break after a day of 'Pillow Jousting'. Every school should charge their kids a dollar and let them duke it out with stuffed sacks.

The day ended with one last class performance...this time on ukulele.

Babies and Fairies

The work continues...I still have a bit more to do and download but here are a few of the most beautifully knitted items ever. Thanks to Mom for the flower fairies and Aunt June for the baby dresses and hats !!! They are donating these to our school auction which will be held this Saturday during our Spring Faire.

Finally I have gathered everything and the babies are packaged and ready to go to the school for the private auction. Mahalo to Mom and June again for the time and love you put into your gifts! ALOHA!

Hula Girl

Lotus began taking Hula lessons last week. There is so much to learn but mostly it is so exciting to see Lotus so thrilled to be learning this beautiful art.

I worked over the weekend to get her hula practice skirt (Pa'u) sewn up. We still have some implements to make.

Her official uniform will be her Pa'u, worn with white leggings and tank top.

ALOHA!
